Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the packing slip, or other proof of purchase and providing branding has not been fixed to the garment.

Garments must be returned in saleable condition suitable for returning to stock so we recommend trying the garments on as soon as possible without removing the tags. Please return the garment with the tags still attached.

Where an exchange of size or style is required, we recommend you place an order online for a replacement garment and let us know a return is underway.

Un-branded garments only

Because branding cannot usually be removed without risking damage to the garments, branded garments cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Free-Post for Returns

A free post service is provided for returns within New Zealand. Goods should be returned in the original packaging by freepost using the return address label provided. Instructions on the free post service will be included with your delivery.

Special Note

Please note: For a full refund items must be returned in an unworn, unused and undamaged, state and preferably in their original packaging. For clothing items, the items must be unbranded and swing tickets must remain attached for the return to be accepted and a full refund given. Please use the address label for returns which will be included with the packaging received.
